Dr. Ratneshwar Kumar Ratnesh is an Assistant professor of the Electronics & Communication Engineering Department at the Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), Delhi, India. He received B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from UPTU, M. Tech degree in Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University, Delhi, India, and Ph.D. from Delhi Technological University, Delhi, India in 2017. Many universities and institutes in India and abroad (NGCEF, Australia) serve as visiting faculty. He is an editorial board member of more than five international and a reviewer of approximately more than twenty international (SCI) journals. He has published more than fifty-eight (58) international SCI/Scopus journal paper and fifteen conferences paper. He has been deeply involved in electronics and medical research in both private and academic institutions. He is recipient of DST SERB-TARE grant as well as completed two AICTE sponsored projects from Govt. of India. Currently having one ongoing ANRF sponsored projects based on solar cells efficiency improvement. He has received three consultancy projects from Govt. of India (Mint) and two from Pvt. organization. He has secured four patents right three Indian and one German patent. He received the Commendable Research Award twice, in 2017 and 2018, at DTU, Delhi, India. His current research interest includes the development of very large-scale integrated circuits using nanotechnologies such as carbon nanotube field-effect transistor (CNTFET), quantum dots-based (QDs) sensor, qubit, metamaterials, and thin-film technology. Furthermore, also associated with synthesis, characterization, modeling, and simulation of smart semiconductor material CNT and QDs at the nanoscale.
