Dr. Sanya Anees is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Netaji Subhas University of Technology (NSUT), New Delhi, since July 2023. Prior to joining NSUT, she has seven years of experience as an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Guwahati.

She completed her Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV (Gold Medalist, 2010), her Master’s with Distinction in Communication Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK (2012), and her Ph.D. from IIT Delhi (2016).

Dr. Sanya Anees has over 40 papers published in reputed international SCI journals and conferences in the areas of wireless communication, AI, and ML. She has supervised 2 Ph.D. students, is currently guiding two doctoral scholars, and has mentored 50+ B. Tech. and M. Tech. theses.
